3 months / 375 hours to 3 years / 4,000 hours Hours on Used Equipment are in addition to the existing hours currently registered to the unit.
Not only does the LDW program expedite the rental process by waiving the renter’s responsibility to insure the equipment, it also avoids utilizing the dealership’s policy if renters have no proof of insurance on file.
Renters can benefit from the LDW as well. The coverage helps limit the renter’s financial responsibility for loss or damage to rented equipment in the event of a valid claim and should not impact their premiums for existing insurance
policies. LDW can be purchased by simply adding it to the equipment rental agreement and will cover renters under normal use and covers the perils below.
